SHIPPING & RETURNS
Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange or refund by e-mail. In respect to our environment, we do not include a return form with your order. Rather, please email us at email@example.com to request a return.
Include your order number as well as the item name(s) that you wish to return in your email. Within 24 hours, if the item is returnable, we will send you an email with return instructions, including a prepaid UPS label; please do not mail us any item prior to receiving these instructions.
All items must be returned in original and unused condition, with their original tags and packaging. Please note: Certain items are not returnable, including final sale merchandise (see below), beauty, intimate apparel, and special order items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if you choose to ship your order using a method other than provided prepaid label. Items purchased online may also be returned at our physical store during normal business hours within 14 days of receiving your order. Please bring the invoice included with your order when returning an item.
Once received, please allow up to 72 business hours for us to process your return.
The following are not returnable at any time: beauty, intimate apparel, special order items, and any item marked Final Sale on the online product page or at the store at the time of purchase. If sent back, nonreturnable items will not be refunded, credited, or returned back to the customer.
